摘要: 分析了石油企业投资管理的现状、存在的问题及影响投资管理的主要因素，提出了提高石油企业投资管理水平的途径及措施：建立和完善投资项目决策的全面负责制，改革石油企业内部现行的投资管理工作运行机制，改进投资决策和投资管理方法，加强投资的全程管理，完善投资决策和投资管理的基础工作。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation, theproblerns existed and the main influential factors ofinvestment management in petroleum enterprises, andpresents several basic principles and measures to improveinvestment management in petroleum enterprises.
