  • 摘要: SAGD技术是提高稠油油藏采收率的有效开发方式,其成败很大程度上取决于油井举升系统是否能够满足这种开发方式对油井生产能力的要求。辽河油田SAGD超稠油井有杆泵举升技术是一项由非标准(?)108、120、140SAGD高温大排量系列抽油泵、大泵脱接器以及采用固体润滑技术的滑动式抽油杆扶正器构成的一项综合性油井举升技术,成功解决了SAGD井中的高温、大排量、管杆磨损等多项技术难题,取得了良好的试验效果。

     

    Abstract: The SAGD technique is a effective mode to increase the recovery ratio of dense oil pool,and its efficiency depends on whether the lift system of oil well meets the demand of pro- duetion capacity.The lift system of sucker rod pump for SAGD high dense oil in Liaohe oil field,composed of oil well pump of non-standard 108,120,140 SAGD high tempera- ture and large discharge capacity,connecting-tripping de- vice and sliding sucker rod centralizer with solid lubrication technique,successfully solves the technical problems as high temperature,large discharge capacity and attrition of string in SAGD well.
