Abstract: Emulsified metal cutting fluid was developed with the aromatics extraction oil from FCC slurry oil as base oil.Industrial application show that this kind of cut ting fluid has supreme anti-corrosion properties,lubricating properties and EP behaviors.The cutting products have high fineness,the cutters have long operation life and production cost is low.
