Design and application of automatic monitoring system in Henan oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对油田油井分布广泛、交通不便、管理成本高的现实,开发了一套油田抽油井设备状态监控系统,利用该系统可以实时采集抽油井载荷、液位、温度、压力等运行状态数据,通过GPRS无线通信网络传输至监控中心,监控中心通过对数据的分析与处理,可以迅速做出管理措施,保证油井的正常生产运行。

     

    Abstract: In view of the characteristics of Henan oil field, such as widely - scattered wells, inconvenient transportation and high management cost, a suit of pump well equipment on automatic monitoring system has been developed. With the help of this system, the running status data, for example, loading, fluid level, temperature and pressure can be collected, after that these data will be transmitted to the monitoring center through GPRS wireless communication network. After analysis and processing, the monitoring center can make up management measures as soon as possible in order to guarantee the normal production of wells.
