  • 摘要: 泌页HF1是中石化第一口陆相页岩油长水平段水平井。在对泌页HF1井储层特征、井身结构和井眼轨道剖面特点研究的基础上,认为该井存在泥页岩井壁垮塌、水平段长、摩阻扭矩大、循环压耗高和井眼轨迹控制难等钻井难点,为此,采取了井身结构优化、钻头优选、钻井液性能优化和实钻井眼轨迹优化控制等针对性措施,应用了旋转导向技术和油基钻井液体系,保证了该井的顺利完钻,并大大提高了机械钻速。该井实钻水平段长1044m,平均井径扩大率3%,储层钻遇率100%,井眼轨迹光滑,达到了工程设计要求。

     

    Abstract: BY-HF1 is the first horizontal well with long horizontal section of continental shale oil in Sinopec.Based on reservoir characteristics,wellbore structure and section characteristics of borehole trajectory of BY-HF1 well,the drilling difficulties have been analyzed,such as wall sloughing,long horizontal section,drag,big torque,high consumption in circulation and big difficulties in borehole trajectory.Therefore,corresponding measures have been taken.Rotary steering technology and oil-based drilling fluid system have been applied,which guaranteed the successful drilling and greatly enhanced the rate of penetration.The actual horizontal section of BY-HF1 is 1044 m,with smooth borehole trajectory,the average hole enlargement ratio of 3% and reservoir encountering rate of 100%,the requirements of engineering design have been reached.
