热油泵高压端机械密封的改造

Modification of Mechanical Seal at High Pressure End of Hot Oil Pumps

  • 摘要: 常减压装置中热油泵原采用平衡型机械密封,使用不久改为波纹管机械密封,但高压端均易泄漏,使用寿命短,最后改造成法兰式筒形静密封,并把滚动轴承改为滑动轴承,采用浸铜石墨作为滑动轴承材料。从而使多个密封点的动密封变为一个密封点的静密封,取得了良好效果。

     

    Abstract: Hot oil pumps of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units originally used equilibrium mechanical seals in Henan Oilfield Refinery,which were replaced by bellows mechanical seals later.But bellows mechanical seals were finally modified to nange-barrel -type seals because the high pressure ends were liable to leak and service life was short.Rolling bearings were replaced by sliding bearings made of copper impregnated graphite,thus dynamic seals with several seal points were changed into static seals with one seal point.
