Abstract: Combination fracturing is a new production and injection stimulation technique which combines high energy gas fracturing with hydraulic fracturing． The production stimulation mechanism and design principles are discussed based on comparison of several different fracturing methods． Field statistics show that the production stimulation effect of combination fracturing are much better than that of hydraulic fracturing or high energy gas fracturing and does not damage string and cement sheath．
