Study on relationship between drilling fluid electric properties and inhibitive ability

  • 摘要: 钻井液是最先接触油气层的外来流体,在一定的压差下总会或多或少地侵入储层,如果钻井液滤液与储层不配伍,很可能引起粘土水化膨胀、水锁、乳化及化学沉淀,导致对储层的损害。通过实验研究了处理剂对粘土颗粒电性及水化特性的影响,分析了粘土颗粒电性与水化抑制性之间的关系。得出的研究结果可用于指导研制或优选工作液处理荆、优化工作液配方、分析处理剂作用机理和建立新的抑制性评价方法。

     

    Abstract: Drilling fluid is the first extraneous fluid which contacts the hydrocarbon reservoir and often invades the reservoir more or less under a certain pressure difference. If drilling fluid filtrate is not compatible with the reservoir, it is very possible to cause the clay hydration expansion, water blocking, emulsification and chemical flocculation sedimentation, and then result in reservoir damage. Through the research on treating agent to the clay particle electric properties and the hydrated characteristic influence, the relationship between clay particle electric properties and the hydrated suppression has been analyzed. The results provide guidance for optimal drilling fluid treating agent, optimized drilling fluid formula, the analysis of treating agent action mechanism and are good for establishing the new suppression assessment method.
