Abstract: This paper introduces the experience extracted from contracting the repair project of Ahamedi Refinery in Kuwait,and dicusses the bidding and contract -signning of contracted projects abroad, the mobilization,organization and management of workers, the relationship between the owner and the supervisor, quality management and the establishment of new systems.
