井下热电偶测温技术在吞吐开采阶段的应用研究

  • 摘要: 通过对井下热电偶测温技术的综合研究,揭示了特浅层超稠油油藏井间热连通特征及蒸汽在剖面上的分布状态。阐述了观察井受干扰时间是生产井的2倍,得出了蒸汽突破的温度下限为60℃左右的重要结论,指出纵向上油层加热厚度只有1/3,蒸汽波及厚度只有13.2%,蒸汽起覆严重。因此超前研究并及时实施防窜堵窜技术,从根本上提高蒸汽波及体积。充分挖掘油层下部2/3低温段潜力,是改善开发效果的关键。

     

    Abstract: Comprehensive researches of the downhole thermocouple temperature log data reveal the thermal interconnecting characteristics between wells and the distribution of steam on profile. It is found that the time of observation wells being interfered is two times of producing wells, the low limit of the steam breakthrough temperature is about 60 ℃ , and that only one third of the vertical thickness of reserviors is heated, steam sweep thickness is 13.2%, and the steam is seriously overlaid. The key factors to improve the development efficiency include steam channeling prevention and channeling plugging techniques in time and optimizing perforating thickness, enlarging the sweep volume, and developing the low temperature section of bottoiruof reserviors.
