Industrial Application of DNDVN1 Metal Deactivator

  • 摘要: 胜利常渣中除含有金属Ni、V外 ,还含有大量的金属Na ,常规金属钝化剂可抑制金属Ni、V对催化裂化催化剂的污染 ,但不能抑制金属Na对催化裂化催化剂的毒害 ,DNFVN 1是一种水溶性的钝化剂 ,能钝化金属Ni、V和Na ,胜利石油化工总厂 60 0kt/a重油催化裂化装置工业应用表明 :与常规钝化剂相比DNFVN 1钝化剂可分别降低干气和焦炭产率 2 .3 9%和 9.7% ,干气中的H2 产率明显下降 ,汽油、液化气和轻油收率分别提高 2、0 .71、1.2 4个百分点 ,提高经济收益 2 0 73万元 /a。

     

    Abstract: Reduced crude in Shengli oilfield contain not only Ni and V but also large amount of Na. Conventional metal deactivator can inhibit contamination of Ni and V to catalytic cracking catalysts, however, it has no effects on toxicity of Na to catalysts. DNDVN1 is a water soluble metal deactivator that can deactivate Ni, V and Na. Industrial application of DNDVN1 in the 600kt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Shengli Petrochemical Plant shows that it can lower product recovery rate of dry gas and coke 2.39% and 9.7% respectively in comparison with that of the conventional deactivators. Yields of gasoline, liquefied gas and light oil insrease 2%, 0.7% and 1.24% respectively.
