Development Strategy of Henan Oilfield During the Later 3 Years of the″Tenth Five Year Plan″

  • 摘要: 从外部环境变化的需要及河南油田生存与发展的需要,提出了确定发展战略的必要性;简要分析了河南油田发展战略的形成思路;明确提出了河南油田树立五种新观念、建立五大新机制,确定以追求企业利润最大化为目标的总体发展战略,及油气资源、市场开拓、人力资源开发、管理创新企业文化五大战略,从而明确了河南油田“十五”后三年的总体发展方向和目标。

     

    Abstract: The necessity to work out development strategies is presented in respect of the need to adapt to the changing external environment and the need of survive and develop-ment of Henan oilfield.Henan oilfield should establish5new ideas and5new mechanisms during the later3years of the″Tenth Five Year Plan″.The overall development strategy is maximization of profits and the5specific strate-gies are development of hydrocarbon resources,opening-up of market,development of human resources,management innovation and development of enterprise culture.
