An Analysis of Temper Brittleness of 2(1/4)Cr-1Mo Steel Used in Hydrogenation Reaction Chamber

  • 摘要: 加氢裂化和加氢精制反应器中使用的21/4Cr-1Mo钢在371~593℃时会产生回火脆化现象,主要是由于钢材中的杂质元素P、Sn、As、Sb引起的。通过试验分析指出,采取控制钢材的化学元素组成和严格操作工艺规程等措施可避免回火脆性的发生。

     

    Abstract: Temper embrittlement can occur when the tempera-ture of2 1 / 4 Cr -1Mo steel utilized in hydrocracking and hydrofining reaction chambers reaches371℃to593℃.It is mainly caused by the impurities in steel such as ele-ment P,Sn,As and Sb.Experimental analysis show that temper embrittlement can be avoided through controlling chemical elemental composition of steel and strictly strengthening operational technological rules.
