Dual Solvent Aromatic Extraction Technology of FCC Oil Slurry

  • 摘要: 介绍了利双溶剂进行芳烃抽提处理催化裂化(FCC)油浆的工艺技术,该技术选择湿糠醛为主溶剂,对第二溶剂的选择要求是与饱和烃溶解能力强、选择性好、密度小、使连续相内密度变化较大,既有利于两相的形成,又满足饱和烃反抽。试验结果表明,抽余油的质量优于相应原油的VGO,是优质的FCC原料。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces FCC oil slurry treatment through dual solvent aromatic extraction.Wet furfural is used as the main solvent.Selection criteria of the second solvent are high solvent power to saturatedhydro carbons,good se lective capacity,and low density.The second solvent should create large density variance in continuous phase,be favorable for formation of two phases and meet the demands of aromatic retrograde extraction.Experiments show that the quality of extracted oil outgoes VGO of crude oil and is an ideal FCC raw material.
