A Study on Well Cementation in Deep Layers in Anpeng Oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南安棚油田深层系深井存在着地温梯度大、封固段长、含碱层造成“糖葫芦”井段,顶替效率低等固井施工难点,针对这一难题,通过室内大量实验,对原有的水泥浆体系进行改进、研究,优选出了合适的水泥浆外加剂,提出了紊流、塞流复合顶替固井技术,经过现场应用,较好地解决了深井固井质量问题。

     

    Abstract: Large amount of solid suspension particles and oil drops exist in wastewater for injection in Shuanghe oilfield. Laboratory experimental methods are designed based on analysis of reservoir damage caused by suspension particles. Experiment results show that plugging of solid suspension particles and oil drops can result in a permeability damage rate ranging from 35% to 50%. It is proposed that differential water injection measures should be implemented according to the reservoir permeability and fine filtration devices should be installed in wellheads of injectors in low permeability reservoirs.
