张店高油气比油田采油井合理套压确定方法

Determination of Rational Casing Head Pressure of Producers in Zhangdian Oilfield with High Oil-to-gas Ratio

  • 摘要: 张店油田是2000年投入开发的高油气比油田,采油井生产中套压一般达4MPa以上。生产实践表明,油井套压过高或过低,对油层出液状况影响较大。本文以测试采油井恢复液面资料为基础,通过计算对比,提出了采油井的合理套压范围:对产量相对较高、动液面较浅井,合理套压2MPa以上;对产量较低、动液面较深井,合理套压为1MPa左右。生产实践证明,效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Build-up of fluid in producers generally is up to4Mpa in Zhangdian oilfield,a high oil-to-gas ratio oil-field brought into production in2000.Too high or low a casing head pressure has a great impact on fluid produc-tion from oil layers.A rational casing head pressure range of producers is presented in this paper:2Mpa is the rational pressure in wells with relatively shallow dy-namic fluid level and high production rate,while1Mpa in well with relatively low production rate and deep dy-namic fluid level.
