新型缓速酸在新疆油田的应用

Application of new-type retarded acid for sandstone reservoir in Xinjiang oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对新疆油田低渗储层酸化措施效率低的现状,研发了以有机膦酸和氟盐为基础的新型HDF缓速酸体系,并进行了溶蚀能力、阻垢性能、岩心流动等室内评价实验。实验结果表明,HDF体系可将酸岩反应时间由常规土酸体系的1 h左右延长至6 h以上,在砂岩的溶蚀率与土酸相近的情况下,其粘土类矿物的缓速率可达80%,并减少90%的二次沉淀物。现场应用情况证实,HDF体系酸化相对于普通土酸能够显著提高酸化效果,特别是对于高温深层砂岩储层、粘土含量较高的储层,其优势更为明显。现场应用近30井次,有效率100%。

     

    Abstract: In order to seek a solution to the low efficiency of acidizing methods in low permeability reservoir of Xinjiang oilfield, a new- type retarded acid called HDF has been developed. Meanwhile,the laboratory experiments on corrosion effect,scale inhibition performance and core flow have been carried out.The results show the HDF system could prolong acid rock reaction time from 1 hour to 6 hours.Besides that, when the sandstone erosion rate is close to mud acid,the retarded rate of clay minerals could be high up to 80%and the secondary precipitation could be reduced 90%.The field application in 30 wells confirms the HDF system could obviously enhance acidizing effect,especially for sandstone reservoir with high temperature and deep depth and the reservoir with high clay content.
