A Drilling Fluid System for Drilling Horizontal Wells in Baobei Block in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对宝浪油田宝北区块的地层、岩性特征及水平井对钻井液的特殊要求,结合国内外钻水平井使用的泥浆体系和宝北区块已钻直井、斜井的经验,设计了用聚磺正电胶混油泥浆作为水平井的钻井液。经现场施工实践证明,该泥浆体系能有效抑制地层膨胀缩径和钻屑分散造浆,防塌效果好,悬浮携带能力强,润滑防卡性能好,配合屏蔽暂堵技术可有效保护油层。

     

    Abstract: In viewing of the formations, lithologic characteristics and the requirements of horizontal wells to drilling fluids in Baobei block in Baolang oilfield, the polysulfon-ate MMH (mixed metal hydroxide) oil emulsion drilling fluid is selected to drill horizontal wells based on study of mud systems used in horizontal well drilling in the world and taking the drilling experiences of vertical wells and deviating wells in this oilfield as reference Field application shows that this drilling fluid can effectively prohibit constriction from formation expansion and has good anti -caving effects, strong suspension carrying capacity and anti - sticking property.
