Abstract: Niuxintuo oilfield belongs to high pour-point heavy oil,and closed water circulation process and electrical heating production have been mainly adopted.With the oilfield development entered the later period,problems have been increasingly prominent from it,such as large energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Through experimental study on crude oil viscosity,water cut analysis,chemical reducer and supporting technology,a new set of production technology has been developed,and it has successfully realized the conversion of oilfield exploitation process,realizing efficient development of Niuxintuo oilfield.
