Technical Transformation and Optimization of Liquid Phase Bulk Polymerization Unit

  • 摘要: 针对液相本体法聚丙烯装置能耗高、物耗高、产品收率低等问题,通过摸索,采取了一系列措施。措施包括设备改造、优化操作、采用普通氢气及新型DQ-2催化剂等。措施的实施使能耗降低了64%;收率提高了17.5%,加氢成本降低了2/3,年综合经济效益500万元人民币。

     

    Abstract: Several measures were implemented to solve problems such as high energy and material consumption and low product yield of liquid phase bulk polymerization unit in Henan Oil Refinery. They include technical innovation,operation optimization, application of ordinary hydrogen and a new DQ-2 catalyst. After implementation of these measures, energy consumption lowered 64%, product yield increased 17.5% and hydrogenation cost dropped 66.7%.
