粉状乳化炸药专用微晶蜡的改性研究

  • 摘要: 粉状乳化炸药是国家重点推广代替铵梯炸药的新型炸药,其使用的油相材料主要由石蜡、微晶蜡及多种添加剂组成,其中微晶蜡对粉状乳化炸药油相材料的性能影响很大。实验考察了微晶蜡改性配方并筛选出了2#改性松香及9502作为添加剂。实验结果表明:添加64#石蜡、2#改性松香及添加剂9502可实现微晶蜡的改性,提高了微晶蜡的滴点、降低的粘度和针入度。改性微晶蜡调制的油相材料具有松散性好、装药容易、不易堵塞滤网等优点,是一种高性能的粉状乳化炸药专用油相材料。

     

    Abstract: The powered emulsified explosive is an advanced and popular explosive which can substitute for ammonium -antimony explosive in our country. The oil phase materials of this advanced explosive mainly consist of paraffin, microcrystalline wax and several kinds of additives, a-mong which the microcrystalline wax has the greatest effect on oil phase materials. Through experimental investigation on the modified formula of microcrystalline, 2# modified rosin and additive 9502 are screened out The laboratory findings indicate that with the combination of 64 # paraffin, 2 # modified rosin and additive 9520, the modification of microcrystalline wax can be realized, which can enhance the dropping point, reduce the viscosity and the penetration of microcrystalline wax The oil phase materials modulated by modified microcrystalline wax is a special - used powered emulsified explosive with high performance which has the characteristics of loose property, easily filling and uneasily blocking screen filter.
