新型聚合物三层分注技术研究及应用

Research and application of new polymer three-layer separate injection technology

  • 摘要: 聚合物分注特别是三层分注,可以改善油藏层间差异大的问题。新型聚合物三层分注技术是将聚合物配注器放置在地面,进行地面投捞与调配,将各个配注器连接电磁流量计,实时监测各层的注入量,数据真实准确,避免了以前聚合物三层分注技术存在的问题。分析了新型聚合物分注技术的原理组成、主要配套工具及现场应用情况。该技术在河南油田已应用20井次,成功率95%,取得了较好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Polymer separate injection especially three - layer separate injection,can improve the major problem of large difference in reservoir interlayer.With new polymer three - layer separate injection technology,polymer injection allocator are laid on the ground,then carry on salvage and preparation, connect each injection allocator to the electromagnetic flow meter,real- time monitor each layer injection quantity,the data is real and accurate,which avoided the problem existed previously.In this article,the principle composition,main necessary tool and field application of new polymer separate injection technology has been analysed.This technology has applied 20 well-times in the Henan oil field,the success ratio is 95%,and have made the good application progress.
