不确定层次分析法在确定输气管道风险因素权重中的应用

Application of a practical calculating method in determining risk factors' weight of gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对不确定性层次分析法,应用一致逼近原理对区间数判断矩阵进行了求解,并进行误差传递分析和计算,得到风险因素权重区间。在考虑各专家评判矩阵可信度的情况下,采用群组评判的相似性和差异性计算方法,得出各专家评判矩阵的可信度。结合可信度与风险因素权重区间得到各因素的最终权重。对具体的新建输气管道进行了实例计算,结果表明,该法比传统的层次分析确定权重的方法与实际更吻合。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the uncertainty of the analytic hierarchy process,the principle of uniform approximation is applied to solving the sector number judgment matrix,analyzing and calculating the error transmitting.As a result,the risk factor weight ranges is obtained.Considering the judgments given by experts,a calculating method on simi- larities and differences of group judgments is adopted to determine the matrix reliability.With the combination of the matrix reliability and the risk factor weight ranges, the final weight of single factor could be calculated.The practical calculation on the newly-built gas pipeline proves that this method is more precise than traditional analytic hierarchy process on determining the weight.
