河南油田稠联污水处理设计分析

Design of Wastewater Treatment in Heavy Oil Gathering Station in Henan Oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南油田在稠油污水处理过程中,由于含油污水输液量波动大、含油密度大、胶质和沥青含量高,使得污水处理后水质达不到要求。为此提出了控制油珠粒径、控制油水密度、粘度及加药等具体措施,并设计出了新的处理工艺流程。污水处理工艺改造后,处理水质最终含油量小于10mL/L,机械杂质含量小于5mg/L,达到了注水水质要求。

     

    Abstract: The amount of oily water from heavy oil production in Henan oilfield fluctuates greatly,density of oil in oily water is large,and colloid and asphalt contents are high,thus the water quality after treatment cannot meet standards.Several specific measures are presented including control of the di-ameter of oil drops,oil and water density and viscosity,and a new technical process of treatment is designed.The ulti-mate oil content is under10mg/L and the content of me-chanical impurities under5mg/L after the new technical process is applied.
