Improvement and Application of DCS Automatic Control Technique in Light Hydrocarbon Gathering Station in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了DCS控制系统在宝浪油田联合站生产运行中存在的问题,重点分析了PID控制回路数字平滑滤波技术、动态补偿技术以及串级控制回路技术,提出了优化系统的方法,并在控制系统中加以改进,对消除温度滞后、提高数据采集速率、改善整个系统的控制性能、提高技制精度起到了明显的作用,并给出了改进后的效果对比图。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems exisled in operation of DCS control system in the gathering station of Baolang oilfield, with the empbasis on analysis of digital smooth filtering in PID control loop, dynamic compensation and cascade control loop. The system optimization and improvement methods presented can effectively eliminate temperature lag, increase data gathering speed, improve controllability of the whole system and enhance controlaccuracy. Effect comparation diagrams are also presented in this paper.
