油田压裂液无害化处理实验研究

An Experimental Study on Innoxious Treatment of Fractur ing Fluids

  • 摘要: 压裂液由于所加添加剂种类繁多,且有机成分复杂,使CODcr值的降解难度增大。以河南油田探井压裂返排液为研究对象,通过大量室内实验,确定了“混凝—氧化—Fe/C微电解—H2O2/Fe2+催化氧化—活性炭吸附”五步法处理工艺,并将其用于处理其它油井的压裂返排液。实践证明,该处理工艺流程简单、处理效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Degradation of CODcr of fracturing fluids is difficult due to the various types of additives and the complex or-ganic components.A five-step treatment process,i.e.″coag-ulation-oxidization-micro electrolysis of Fe/C-catalytic oxi-dization of H 2 O 2 /Fe 2+ -active carbon adsorption″,is developed through laboratory experiments and taking backflow fractur-ing fluid from exploratory wells in Henan oilfield as study objects.It is used to treat backflow fracturing fluid from other wells.Application shows that this process is simple and that treatment effects are good.
