Design of A Highly Efficient Separator with High Adaptability

  • 摘要: 介绍了为新疆哈得4油田设计的一种强适应性高效分离脱水器。该设备具有结构合理、内部空间利用率高、分离效果好和投资较少等特点。利用这种分离器对含水原油一次处理后,净化原油含水小于1%,污水含油小于1000mg/L,使传统原油处理工艺流程得到简化。作为关键处理设备,适合哈得4油田不同开发时期的多种工况的分离脱水要求,取得了理想的使用效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a highly efficient separator with high adaptability designed for Hade4oilfield in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.It has the advantages of rational structure,high utilization rate of inner space,supreme sep-arating effect and small amount of investment.After prima-ry treatment of water-containing crude oil with this separa-tor,water content is below1%and oil content in oily water below1000mg/L.The traditional technical process of crude treatment is simplified.
