  • 摘要: 渤海X油田已进入高含水开发后期,油水关系复杂,针对纵向动用不均匀的问题,利用人造物理模拟岩心,开展油水井不同射开部位生产条件下厚油层纵向上剩余油分布规律研究。结果表明,注入井上部射开、生产井全部射开效果最好,最终采收率最高;优化射孔方案可以改变油水流动方向,但受重力分异作用影响,剩余油仍主要集中在储层顶部。将研究成果应用于油田生产,其中X1井投产后日产油达200 m3,无水采收期长达2年。该方法对于改善厚油层水驱效果具有一定效果,可在海上油田适度推广。

     

    Abstract: Bohai X oilfield has entered the late stage of high water cut development, and the oil-water relationship is complex. Aiming at the problem of uneven vertical operation, artificial physical simulation core is used to carry out the research on the distribution regularity of residual oil in thick oil layers under the production conditions of different injection positions of oil and water wells. The results show that the ultimate recovery is the highest when the injection wells perforated at the top and the production wells perforated all. The optimized perforation scheme can change the flow direction of oil and water, but the residual oil is still mainly concentrated at the top of the reservoir under the influence of gravity differentiation. The research results were applied to oilfield production, in which X1 well produced 200 m3 oil per day after it was put into production, and the period of waterless recovery was as long as 2 years. This method has certain effect on improving the water flooding effect of thick oil layer and can be appropriately popularized in offshore oilfield.
