提高埕海二区大斜度井固井质量对策研究

Countermeasures of improving highly deviated well cementing quality in Chenghai block-2

  • 摘要: 针对大港油田埕海二区大斜度井的固井难点,开展了固井质量的影响因素分析,结果表明,通过优化固井工艺,优选稠化过渡时间短、防窜性能强、析水小的水泥浆体系,可以有效防止油气水窜,通过优化井眼条件、优选顶替液排量、优化钻井液性能、优化套管居中度,可以提高顶替效率,有效保证固井质量。

     

    Abstract: The big angles characteristic of highly deviated well objectively determines great difficulty in casing cementing process and the cementing quality is difficult to be guaranteed.Aiming at this problem of Chenghai block-2 in Dagang oilfield,the influencing factors analysis of the cementing quality has been carried out.The results show that by optimizing the cementing process,optimizing slurry system with characteristics of short thickening transition time,strong channeling prevention performance and small drainage,water oil and gas channeling can be effectively prevented.Through optimizing the borehole conditions,optimizing displacement fluid displacement,optimization of drilling fluid performance and optimization of casing in the moderate,displacement efficiency can be improved and the quality of well cementation can be effectively guaranteed.
