套管水平井多级多段分注工艺技术与应用——以红河油田A井为例

Study of multi-stage and multi-segment water injection technology in horizontal wells——by taking well A of Honghe oilfield as an example

  • 摘要: 水平井分注存在解封困难、有效期短、无法投捞测试等问题,为此,引入逐级、逐段解封理念。采用反洗和平衡机构,减少管柱蠕动,延长管柱的有效期;利用无线测调工艺,实现井下流量和压力的分层测试以及地面对井下分层流量的调配,从而实现水平井多级多段注水的目的。室内实验显示,带有逐级解封可洗井注水封隔器性能指标为耐压25 MPa、耐温120℃、解封负荷50 kN。无线测试调配技术监测5段注水井下流量,流量精度误差小于5.0%,压力精度误差小于0.3%,有效期可达2年。现场应用表明,多级分注技术分注效果良好,测调简便,提高了精细注水程度。

     

    Abstract: There are many problems and disadvantages in the old procession of water separate injection in horizontal wells. The problems mentioned hereof including but not limited in the follows. It is hard to open the packer & fishing, short period of validity, and unable to do dropping-fishing test. Therefore, the procession by injecting the water to the well section by section is introduced to reduce the force of unsealing and improve the success rate of unsealing. By adopting backwashing and balancing mechanism, to reduce the wriggle of the string and prolong its validity period. Wireless testing and adjusting technology were used to realize the layered testing of underground flow and pressure. The flow rate and pressure of the water was well controlled while working. The property of the isolation packer showed as the follows: the max pressure of 25 MPa, the max temperature of 120℃, and the max loading while open the packer of-50 kN. With this wireless testing and adjusting technique, the down hole flow of water injection in 5 sections was monitored. The flow accuracy error is controlled within 5%, the pressure accuracy error is within 0.3%, and the validity period is up to 2 years. The field application shows that the multi-segment separate water injection technology has good separate injection effect, simple measurement and adjustment, and improves the degree of fine water injection.
