复合催化降粘技术在河南油田超稠油藏的应用

Application of composite catalytic viscosity reduction technique in extremely dense oil in Henan oil field

  • 摘要: 针对特超稠油动用难的问题研究了一项集表面活性剂降粘、水热裂解催化降粘和氧化催化降粘剂降粘等功能为一体的地下复合催化降粘技术。该技术在河南油田超稠油上成功应用了6口井,原油物性分析表明,原油重质成分减少、轻质成分增加,原油物性得到明显改善,平均单井增油212.5 t。

     

    Abstract: A composite down-hole catalytic viscosity reduction technique,integrated with functions of viscosity reduction by surfactant,hydrothermal cracking and catalysis and oxida- tion catalysis,was invented to mobilize the extremely dense oil reserves.The technique has been used successfully in 6 wells with extremely dense oil in Henan oil field.Analysis shows that the physical properties of crude oil are improved apparently,for the heavy components are decreased while the light components are increased.The average oil yield of individual well is increased by 12.5 t.
