水驱油中复配絮凝剂体系的优选及性能研究

Optimization and performance study of a compound flocculant system in water displacing oil

  • 摘要: 针对大庆油田污水成分较为复杂、絮凝剂和混凝剂用量大、成本高等特点,以大庆油田九厂龙一联合站污水为研究对象,实验研究了不同混凝剂和絮凝剂在不同加药浓度下的絮凝效果,从5种混凝剂和6种絮凝剂优选出较佳药剂,然后对其进行配伍性分析,确定最佳混凝剂和絮凝剂复配体系。实验研究结果表明,最佳复配体系为混凝剂GYT20 mg/L和絮凝剂MT1.0 mg/L,去浊率和除油率分别为97.42%和91.27%,悬浮物固体含量为12 mg/L。为保证油田回注水达到大庆油田现场要求,提供相应的理论和实验依据。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems in Daqing oilfield such as the waste water composition is complicated, the flocculant and coagulant dosage is large, and the cost is high, etc, by taking the sewage in Longyi Union Station of No.9 Plant as the research object, the study on the selection of coagulant and flocculant, coagulant and flocculant flocculation effect under different dosing concentration, etc. were carried out. From five kinds of coagulants and six kinds of flocculants, better potions were selected, and then the optimum coagulant and flocculant distribution system were determined. The experimental results show that the optimal mixing system is the coagulant GYT and flocculant MT, the turbidity removal rate and oil removal rate are 97.42%and 91.27% respectively, and the suspended solid content is 12 mg/L, which provides the corresponding theoretical and experimental basis for ensuring that the return water injection of the oilfield meets the field requirements of Daqing oilfield.
