Abstract:
In consideration of vertical wells in Cretaceous heavy oil reservoirs of Chunguang oilfield,the Mohr-Coulomb criterion by considering pore pressure has been taken as the condition for judging rock failure,and the prediction model for critical production differential pressure has been established.By use of the gamma distribution model,the prediction method of sand production rate has been established.By using logging data,the rock mechanics parameters have been calculated.With the measured terrestrial stress data,the maximum and minimum main tectonic stress coefficient has been calculated.And then the systematic sand production prediction of Cretaceous reservoirs of Chun-17 well block in Chunguang oilfield has been carried out and the critical pressure differential and sand production rate have been obtained.According to the sand production prediction results,the sand control and reducing timing and production system after sand production have been recommended.
