人工转向剂控制缝高试验研究及现场应用

The paleochannel characteristics and formation condition in the Zhongguai area of Junggar basin

  • 摘要: 针对压裂过程中缝高较难控制的问题,研制开发了新型的油溶性垂向双转向剂,开展了室内基础实验研究,验证了转向剂对裂缝延伸的控制机理,确定了转向剂的适用浓度及控缝能力。试验表明转向剂可以增加隔层应力3~4 MPa左右。研究了控制裂缝高度施工方案的设计方法,并利用全三维软件结合垂向应力剖面进行控缝技术的优化。该技术在现场推广应用了30井次,取得了较好的控缝效果。

     

    Abstract: In view of difficulties on control of fracture during fracturing, we developed a new bidirectional agent, and carried on researched on its control mechanism of different agent concentration on fracture control in laboratory, which showed that bidirectional agent can increase 3 -4MPa stress on barrier. Based on this experiment, we combined vertical stress contribution with 3D software, designed fracture scheme of control fracture height, which has been applied to 30 times and achieved good effect
