Study and application of comprehensive broken down technology with solid acid in Henan heavy oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南稠油油田常采区块已进入中后期开发,地层压力下降幅度大,注水井吸水能力差,严重影响了注 水油田的开发效果。针对稠油储层的污染类型及其伤害程度,开展了固体酸解堵剂腐蚀及岩心流动模拟 试验、酸化工艺技术和配套研究,初步形成了适合于普通稠油区块地质特点的固体酸综合解堵工艺。该工 艺现场实施效果良好,具有在普通稠油油田推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Conventional production blocks in Henan heavy oil fields have entered intermediary and later development stages. Producing pressures decline steeply and absorbing capacities of injectors are poor, thus waterflooding effects of heavy oil fields are seriously influenced. In view of the types and degrees of heavy oil reservoir damages, corrosion experiment of solid acid blocking removers and core flow model test are carried out and acidizing technologies and the matching technologies are studied. A comprehensive broken down technology with solid acid is preliminarily developed which is fit for the geological characteristics of common heavy oil blocks. Field application shows that it has good broken down effects and is worthy to be popularized in heavy oil fields.
