Excellent and fast drilling technology in well-202 of Tailai block in southeast Sichuan

  • 摘要: 川东南泰来区块沙溪庙组和千佛崖组砂泥岩互层发育,井壁易失稳,而下补地层研磨性高,可钻性差;防斜打直,控制井径扩大和井深轨迹困难,给常规钻井过程中的钻头选型、施工参数优化增加了难度。通过空气钻和New–Drill钻井技术,在定向井段采用抗高温螺杆,配合欠尺寸稳定器稳斜钻具组合,提高了复合钻进比例,保证了井眼全角变化率。现场应用结果表明,泰来202井实际完钻斜深为5 240 m,垂深5 050 m,钻井周期181.3 d,完井周期203.9 d,建井周期220.7 d,创川东南泰来区块同类井最快工期记录,为同类井施工提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Shaximiao formation and Qianfuya formation have developed sand-mudstone inter-bedded layers,the wellbore is easy to lose stability,the compressive strength is strong,and the drill ability is poor,which increases the difficulty of bit selection and construction parameter optimization in conventional drilling process.Through the air drilling and New-Drill drilling technology,the high temperature resistant screw is used in the directional well section,and the undersized stabilizer is used to stabilize the BHA,which not only improves the proportion of composite drilling,but also ensures the change rate of the full angle of the borehole.Field application results show that the actual drilling depth is 5 240 m and the vertical depth is 5 050 m.The drilling period was 181.3 d,the completion period was 203.9 d,and the construction period was 220.7 d,which set a record for the fastest construction period of similar wells in Tailai working area in southeast Sichuan province,providing good experiences for the construction of similar wells.
