  • 摘要: 介绍了DQ-2球形高效催化剂在间歇式法相本体聚丙烯生产装置上进行应用试验的情况。从聚合物反应特性、催化剂活性、产品质量等方面进行了讨论，并与DQ－l非球形高放催化剂的生产数据和产品质量进行了比较，得出了DQ—2球形高效催化剂是活性高，氢调敏感性好，操作性能较好的高效聚丙烯催化剂，生产出直径1～smm球形颗粒的聚丙烯产品，质量优良．

     

    Abstract: This paper presentS the application test results ofDQ-2 g1obular concentrated cata1yst on a batch liquidphase bulk polypropy1ene production unit.Compared withDQ- l, DQ - 2 have the advantages of high activity,excellent polymerization reaction characteristics,and goodoperation performance and the polypropy1ene producedwith it are globular grains of high qua1ity with diametersof 1 ~ 5nun.
