Abstract: By using the theory of management economy, weanalyze the causes of the low international crude price, themain motives of international oil company merging, theinfluences of low crude price on China and the effects ofnational macro - economic regulations. Countermeasures tothe low international crude price are proposed accordingto the conditions of China and the chinese petroleum andpetrochemical interprises.
