苏里格气田水平井压裂裂缝参数优化

Study on horizontal well fracturing fracture parameters optimization of Sulige gas field

  • 摘要: 近年来水平井压裂作为提高低渗气藏产量及采收率的重要手段在苏里格气田得到推广应用,利用建立的压裂水平井产能数值模型计算分析了裂缝条数、裂缝长度、裂缝导流能力、裂缝间距、裂缝平面与水平井筒夹角对压裂水平井产量的影响,并绘制了各因素与产量的关系图版,依据多因素正交试验分析方法得出影响压裂水平井产能的主要因素依次是裂缝条数、裂缝间距、裂缝长度、夹角以及裂缝导流能力,最后依据提出的综合优化思路优化了苏里格气田水平井压裂合理的裂缝参数。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,horizontal well fracturing as an important means to improve the production and recovery of lowpermeability gas reservoir is widely used in Sulige gas field.By using the production capacity model of fracturing horizontal well,the,fracture length,fracture flow capacity,crack spacing,and the effect of the angle between the fracture plane and the horizontal wellbore on fracturing horizontal well production have been analyzed.The relationship between various factors and yield chart has been drawn.According to multi-factor orthogonal test analysis,the main factors influencing the fracturing horizontal well productivity in turn are fracture numbers,fracture spacing,fracture length,angle and fracture flow capacity.At last the proposed integrated idea optimized reasonable fracture parameters of horizontal well fracturing.
