高效稠油脱水工艺技术研究及应用

  • 摘要: 针对稠油开发进入高含水期,脱水难度大、能耗高的情况。研究了高含水稠油的脱水规律和配套技术。研制的HNS型油气水砂高效四相分离设备,在处理含水85%左右的稠油时,一段脱水指标达到原油含水小于3.0%,污水含油小于1 000 mg/L。该设备的使用大大简化了含砂稠油脱水、集输和处理流程,具有结构紧凑、处理量大、操作稳定可靠、有效利用率高、分离效果好和自动化程度高等特点。

     

    Abstract: Study on dehydration pattern in dense oil with high wa- ter content and the matching techniques was made in the de- velopment stage when the dense oil development is at the stage of high water content,with difficulty to be dehydrated and high energy consumption.The designed four-phase (oil,gas,water and sand) separator of HNS type can be used to reach less than 3.0% water content in crude oil for the dense oil with 85% about water content and less than 1000 mg/L oil content in sewage.The device is of compact conformation,large treatment amount,reliable operation, high availability,high separation effect and high automation, thus greatly simplifying the flow of dehydration,gathering and treatment.
