大港油田水平井筛管完井挡砂参数优化研究

Study on completion grit parameters optimization of horizontal well screen in Dagang oil field

  • 摘要: 针对大港油田防砂筛管完井中筛管挡砂孔径与地层砂粒度中值间缺少一个明确关系式的问题,采用理论模型和室内实验相结合的方法,推导出了挡砂孔径和地层砂粒度中值间的关系式,并通过对比分析发现,挡砂孔径从0.88D50提高到1.27D50,水平井比采油指数会提高30%。现场生产情况统计分析表明,适当放大挡砂孔径既可满足防挡砂需要,又能提高水平井产量。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of no-clear relationship between the screen blocking sand holes and formation median grain size of sand control screen completion in Dagang oilfield,by adopting the combination of theoretical models and laboratory experiments,the relationship is derived.Through the analysis and comparison,the grit aperture is improved from0.88 D50 to 1.27D50,and horizontal well productivity index increased by 30%.The statistical analysis of production situation shows that proper amplification of grit aperture can meet the needs of the sand control,and to increase the production of horizontal well.
