Cementing technology of shallow exploratory well in Bawu and Shiwu area of Songliao basin

  • 摘要: 针对松辽盆地八屋、十屋地区浅探井井眼不规则、封固段长、固井质量难以保证等问题,通过优化通井钻具结构、合理设计扶正器和分级箍的安放、选用高效冲洗液和加重隔离液、优选固井水泥浆体系等固井技术措施,有效解决了该区块浅探井固井漏失及气窜问题。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of Bawu and Shiwu area in Songliao basin,such as irregular shallow exploratory well hole,long cementing section,uncertain cementing quality,etc.,through cementing measures,such as optimizing the well drilling tool structure,reasonable design of hoop centralizers,placement of stage-cementing collar and optimizing solid slurry system,the problems of cementing leakage and gas channeling have been effectively solved.
