水渗流模拟装置的研制

Development of Water Seepage Flow Simulation Test Unit

  • 摘要: 大庆油田由于长期注水开发,地层中流体的渗流严重地影响固井一、二界面的胶结质重。文中通过对大庆油田的现场调研,确定了高含水后期影响水泥环胶结质量的主要参数,并研制成功了水渗流模拟装置。该装置通过建立并下水泥环微单元实现了对地层的渗透率、孔隙压力、井下温度和地层中水的渗流状态模拟,模拟地层中水的渗流对水泥环的冲刷、侵蚀等。且具有不同渗透率岩心。并采用CBL测井,与现场检测固并质量结果一致。该装置的研制成功,为进一步研究压差和水渗流对固并质量的影响提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Fluid seepage flow in formations severely influencesthe cement bond quality of interfaces due to long termwaterflooding in Daqing oilfield. The key parameters thatinfluence cement bond quality at high water- cut stage aredetermined based on wellsite investigation, and a simulaiontest unit of water seepage flow is developed .This unit cansimulate formation permeability, pore pressure, downholetemperature and the state of water seepage flow throughestablishing micro - units of downhole cement shealth, andsimulate the scouring of seepage flow to cement shealth.Itcan simulate cores with different permeabilities, andperforme cement bond log similar to field cement jobquality detecting method. The successful development ofthis unit provides the basis for further studying theinfluences of pressure difference and water seepage flowon cement job quality.
