The Optimization of Separating Fatty Acid from Naphthenic Acid in Urea Complex Technology

  • 摘要: 针对洛阳石油化工总厂石油酸脱脂肪酸工艺筛,选出络合液,用正交实验法设计优化工艺配方。并利用正交实验数据进行多元趋面逐步回归,建立可靠的数学模型,并用网络法求得约束条件下的极值;克服了正交实验存在的缺陷,提高了脂肪酸收率.

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the separation of fatty acid from naphthenic acid under the optimization of formulation through improving orthogonal experiments design.Orthogonal experiments data are used to do multiple stepwise regression and set up reliable mathematical model.Extreme values under constraints are extracted by gridding method.This improved method overcomes the defects of traditional orthogonal experiments and raises the recovery of fatty acid.
