秦皇岛32–6油田稠油油藏弱凝胶调驱技术研究及应用

Research and application of weak gel profile control flooding technology in heavy oil reservoirs of 32-6 oilfield in Qinhuangdao

  • 摘要: 秦皇岛32–6疏松砂岩稠油油田长期高强度注采开发后,受储层强非均质性及水油流度比大等因素影响,注入水水窜严重,水驱效果逐渐变差,迫切需要开展注水井调驱技术研究。针对油田开发实际需求,利用物理模拟实验方法,进行了聚合物弱凝胶调驱技术的室内研究及方案优化,结果表明,聚合物浓度愈高、聚Cr~(3+)质量比愈小,凝胶体系的阻力系数和残余阻力系数愈大,则封堵及液流转向能力愈强,扩大水驱波及体积、提高水驱采收率效果越显著。现场实施过程中采用"前置段塞+主段塞+保护段塞"逐级组合的调驱方案,聚合物浓度分别为2 000,3 600,4 200 mg/L,聚Cr~(3+)质量比为180∶1,注入段塞0.08 PV,先导试验D10井组累计增油2.4×10~4 m~3,含水率下降6%,取得了明显的增油效果及经济效益。

     

    Abstract: After long-term high strength injection-production development in 32-6 loose sandstone thick oilfield,the injection water channeling is serious and the water drive effect is gradually worse because of the strong heterogeneity of the reservoir and the big water-oil mobility ratio.According to the actual demand o oilfield development,the physical simulation experiment method is used to carry out the laboratory study and scheme optimization of polymer weak gel flooding technology.The larger the swept volume of water flooding is,the more remarkable the effect of water flooding recovery is.In the process of field implementation,the adjustment and flooding scheme of‘front slug+main slug+protection slug’was designed step by step The polymer concentrations were 2 000 mg/L,3 600 mg/L and 4 200 mg/L,poly:Cr~(3+)quality is 180∶1,and the injection slug was 0.08 PV.The increased oil production of pilot test in D10 well group was 2.4×10~4 m~3the water cut decreased by 6%,which obtain an obvious oil increasing effect and economic benefit.
