庆阳石化催化裂化装置扩能降烯烃技术改造

Technical innovation of catalytk cracking unit and reducing olefin in Qingyang petrochemical company

  • 摘要: 庆阳石化分公司采用辅助提升管汽油降烯烃技术对催化裂化装置进行技术改造,将装置加工能力由30×104t/a提高到了65×104t/a,汽油研究法辛烷值为90.2,平均催化荆消耗1.4 kg/t,装置将汽油烯烃含量降到了35v%以下,轻质油平均收率70.6%,比改造前提高1.05%,柴汽比由0.8提高到0.96,综合能耗由改造前的130.7 kg标油/t原料降低到79.6 kg标油/t原料。

     

    Abstract: Qingyang Petrochemical Branch Company adopted auxiliary lifting pipe reducing olefin in gasoline technology to make technical innovation on catalytic cracking unit and increased unit production capability from 30×104 t/a to 65×104 t/a, gasoline research octane number is 90. 2, average catalyzer consumption is 1. 4 kg/t, and gasoline olefin hydrocarbon content decreased under 35v%. Comparing the unit before innovation, light oil average collection is 70. 6%, which increased 15%, diesel and gas increased from 0. 8 to 0. 96, comprehensive energy consumption decreased form 130. 7 kg to 79. 6 kg per ton.
