高温高密度钻井液完井液体系室内研究

Laboratory Study on High Temperature and Heavy Weight Drilling and Completion Mud Systems

  • 摘要: 为了开发深部的油气藏 ,在钻井作业中需要使用性能更为优良的加重钻井液完井液 ,研制了一种新型的抗高温高密度水基钻井液体系。该体系用海泡石配成基浆 ,添加多种抗高温处理剂而复配成几种不同配方 ,从中选出一种配方作进一步的性能评价试验。试验表明 ,它具有较好的热稳定性 (抗温 1 80℃ )、抗盐性 ( 2 0 % )、抗钙性 ( 3 % )以及良好的流变性等特点 ,基本上能满足深井、超深井等复杂地层的钻井要求。

     

    Abstract: High weight drilling and completion mud systems with supreme properties are needed during drilling of producers for developing the deep reservoirs. New water -based drilling fluid system of high temperature and heavy weight is developed. It has high thermal stability, salt re-sistancy of 20% and anti-calcium of 3% and good rheo-logical characteristics and meets the requirements of drilling of deep wells and super - deep wells.
